Q&A

■ Q1, I have been suffering from insomnia and anxiety and I am currently visiting regularly a psychiatry department because of insomnia and constant sense of unease.
I was diagnosed “Persistent depressive disorder”, but I don’t want to keep taking stabilizers all my life. I think it’s because of my relationship with my mother, and I’m not sure if the counseling I have once a month is effective. Is there another way to help me? (Woman in her 30s)

◆A: In any physical symptoms there is certainly hidden stress caused by human relationships. The human mind is very complex, so different unexpected emotions can be hidden at unconsciousness level, in some cases one could suffer from stress instead of one’s family or lover. To solve these problems one by one by counseling requires a lot of patience. Flower photo therapy is a very effective tool that helps to get rid of stresses and hidden emotions at unconsciousness level. Usually, people can get relieved from deep uneasiness and say that their life get better after keeping our therapy once a week for 2~3 months.

■ Q2, I’m getting tired easily in the last 1-2 years. I always feel tired and I just sleep on my days off and can do nothing. I changed my job last year and moved to a new place, so the reason might be the changes in my environment, I think. So I worry that I’ll get sick if I can change nothing. (Male in his 40s)

◆A: First of all, we recommend healing therapy to activate adrenal glands, improve blood flow and blood quality that helps to get rid of chronic exhaustion. Secondly, we offer blended aroma oils and herbal teas, which are also very effective. Changing the job might be the reason too. In fact, people might get sick after moving to a new place or changing their job. Because energy “Qi” is circulating in places, spaces and buildings like in human body. If one spends every day in a stagnant Qi, ones own energy will be exhausted and the one will lose motivation, it can cause some diseases also. The flow of Qi in places, spaces and buildings can be increased by flower photo therapy.  Body condition will be improved quickly after changing flow”Qi” of places.

■ Q3, The word “Qi” is often used in oriental medicine, but first of all what does “Qi” mean? (Woman in her 20s)

◆A: Qi, blood, and water are circulating in the human body. One can think that “Qi” has no substance. However, “Qi” is a kind of life energy, which everyone can actually feel in practice.  Qi can be divided into “Shin-qi” and “Ja-qi”. “Shin-qi” is new vital energy, and “Ja-qi” is worn-out and dirty energy. The most basic thing in the health improvement and maintenance is to get the fresh energetic “Shin-qi” and to discharge the old and dirty “Ja-qi”. This gas-like-Qi-exchange is the basis of treatment.

■ Q4, I tried the aroma blend recipe shared here for new influenza prevention. It was quite good. However, my friend who is familiar with aroma said that it is a very unusual blend from the point of view of standard aromatherapy theory. Is it any special mixing formula? (Women in their 20s)

◆A: We use the FBP method at our laboratory, it is so-called “diagnosis method for Qi”.  We can identify the client’s mental and physical problems and needs by using it. FBP method is also very effective for mixing essential oils and herbs. Anyone can learn about this method in our course called Superior Blending Method (JP).
